1. Wash your hands obsessively.
2. Drink plenty of fluids-like water and hot tea-to keep yourself hydrated.
3. Consume more vitamin C (red berries, bell peppers, broccoli) and protein (lean meats, fish, tofu) to fortify your immune system.
4. Get lots of shut-eye (strive for eight hours).
5. Ask your dictor about zinc lozenges and other over the counter (OTC) remedies.
